Step 1. Log out and log back in

If you are experiencing issues or errors when attempting to upload your file to your site, begin your troubleshooting process by logging out of your Kajabi account and logging back in. Still unable to upload your file? Move on to step 2.

Step 2. Clear the web browser cache

Have you attempted to upload your file with a different browser? You may be experiencing a browser or caching issue. If you’ve been able to upload your file with a different browser, try clearing your browser cache. Clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies provides a “clean slate” for you. Your browser will be reset and you can try again with a fresh browsing setup. Note: When managing your browser’s settings to clear cache and cookies from your web browser, be sure to continue allowing third-party cookies to avoid experiencing the Login Page error.

Verify file size limits

Each upload type in Kajabi has a maximum file size:

If your file exceeds these limits, compress it before uploading. Learn about compatible file types and upload limits.

Compress your file

Compressing your files is a best practice when uploading images and videos onto your site. We recommend downloading Handbrake to compress your videos. Learn to compress files with Handbrake. There are many compression tools available. Research and find the tool that works best for your workflow.
