Duplicating a Course creates an identical copy of your course content, making it easy to reuse material across different products or sites.
Note: As of now, it’s not possible to duplicate a Podcast, Coaching Product, or Kajabi Community.

Duplicate a Course

  1. Open the Products tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Courses tab.
  3. Locate the Course you wish to duplicate.
  4. Click the … icon to the right of your Product title.
  5. Select Duplicate.
  6. If you have more than one Kajabi site within your account, you can choose to duplicate the Course to a different site using the drop down menu.
  7. Once you have chosen which site to duplicate the product to, click Duplicate.
  8. The duplication progress will be started. An email will be sent to you when the product has finished duplicating:
Note: If the duplicate feature is disabled, you may have reached your Product limit associated with your Kajabi Plan. It is important to note that Products created in other sites associated with your account will count toward your Product limit (i.e., Products in multiple sites or a Kajabi Partner site). Having trouble seeing the duplicating progress? Refresh your Product page to view the progress of your duplicated Product. You will receive an email at the email address associated with your account when the duplication process has completed. After your Course has completed the duplication process, you will see an identical Course in the Products tab with the original Course title and a number identifying its position in the number of duplicated Products. For example:
  • Mini Course 1 is the first of that Product to be duplicated.
  • Mini Course 5 is the fifth of that Product to be duplicated.
Note: Duplicating a Course does not add your customers to the duplicated Course. Only your Course content is duplicated. If you have an Assessment attached to your Course, the Assessment will not be duplicated and will need to be remade for the duplicated version of the Course.
