You can disconnect Dropbox or Google Drive accounts from the File Picker in Kajabi to connect a different account or remove the connection.

Disconnect accounts from the File Picker

To upload files to Kajabi (e.g., downloadable files in a Course Lesson, video files, images) you can select your files from various locations including:
  • Your device
  • Dropbox
  • Google Drive
  • Or with a Link
However, if you wish to connect different accounts or simply remove current accounts, you must disconnect accounts from the File Picker.
  1. Open the File Picker (it can be found throughout Kajabi in Products, Pages, Email Campaigns, and even your Settings).
  2. Select the File Manager (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive) connected to the account you wish to disconnect.
  3. Click Sign Out to remove the connection:
