If a customer has purchased more than one product from you, the order in which they are displayed in their library will resemble the position of the Products in your Products Dashboard.

Rearrange Products in the customer library

Rearranging your Products in your Products tab will change the positioning of the Products purchased by your customers.
Note: Your customers will only see the Product(s) included with the Offer(s) purchased or granted. Previewing your Library and Product page as an admin will display all your Products, but your customers will not see the Products they do not own.
If you wish to change the order in which your Products are displayed for all customers, simply rearrange the Products displayed in your Products tab. Keep in mind that rearranging the order of your Products will impact all customers and cannot be customized for individual customers.

Rearrange Products

  1. Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Select Library Sorting from your Products page.
  3. Click and drag the = icon to rearrange the order of your Products as they are displayed for your customers:
