Add a single Customer from the Kajabi dashboard and optionally grant an Offer at the same time.

Add a customer

Note: Importing contacts onto Kajabi requires an active account. Trial accounts may receive an error when attempting to import contacts onto Kajabi.
  1. Click to expand the Contacts section in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the All Contacts link to navigate to the contacts page.
  3. Click the +Add contacts dropdown.
  4. Select Add Single Contact to open the form.
  5. Fill the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields.
  6. Select the extra actions you wish to apply to your contact
    1. Grant offers
    2. Add tags
    3. Subscribe to marketing emails
    4. Subscribe to Newsletter
  7. Click Save to finalize the contact creation.
  8. Confirm the contact is created and the offer is granted, completing the task.
Tip:
Note: After adding the contact and creating them as a Customer, your Customer(s) will receive login credentials from the Customer Welcome Email along with the Offer Grant confirmation email sent by your site. Learn how to edit the automated emails sent by your site.

What emails do customers receive after I add them?
