If your contact list feels too cluttered, you can hide contacts from your Contacts tab to keep things organized.

Hide a contact

  1. Open the Contacts tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Locate the contact you wish to hide.
  3. Click the name of the contact.
  4. Open the … icon to access More Actions.
  5. Select Hide:

Understand what hiding does

Hiding a contact or member simply hides them from view in your Contacts tab. Filtering or segmenting your contacts will not display hidden contacts, but searching with their contact information (such as name or email) will display the hidden contact:
