Depending on the required fields included in your Opt-in Forms, you may have a limited amount of information from existing contacts. In certain cases, you may want to collect more information from the contacts you already have on your list.

Build a landing page with a form attached

Create a Form

  1. Open the Marketing tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Select Forms.
  3. Create a Form by choosing + New Form.
  4. Add Form Fields for the additional information you want to collect such as Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
  5. Click Save.

Add a Form to a Landing Page

  1. Click the Website tab.
  2. Click Pages.
  3. Click + New Page and create a Landing Page.

Share the page with existing contacts

Create an email sequence

  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Click Email Campaigns.
  3. Select + New Campaign in the top right corner.
  4. Select Email Sequence.
  5. Enter an Internal Title for your email in the field.
  6. In your Email Sequence, set the Day to 0 to make sure this email will be sent to your subscribers immediately.

Add the opt-in page link

  1. In the body of the email, click the Button block and paste the URL of the Opt-in Landing page just like you would with a Call to Action button.
  2. Customize the Text to Display on the button and the Button Color.
  3. Once you finish customizing your button, click Ok.
  4. After customizing your Email Subject and Email Body, click Save.

Specify recipients

  1. In the top menu, click Subscribers.
  2. Click + Add Subscribers.
  3. Under the Who will receive this sequence? header, click open the dropdown menu to select who will receive this email.
  4. You will now be able to collect additional information from Contacts on your list:
Note: When your Contacts submit this Form, it will update their current contact information from your List. A duplicate Contact will not be created (so long as they use the same email address).
