Personalize marketing emails with liquid objects

Use Kajabi’s supported liquid objects to personalize your email campaigns to each individual recipient based on the data stored in their Contact Profile.

Personalize an email campaign

  1. Open the Marketing tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Select Email Campaigns.
  3. Select an existing email campaign or create a one. (In this example we will edit an Email Sequence).
  4. Navigate to the body of your email and select Edit content or click Launch Email Editor.
  5. Open your Text Block with the Email Visual Editor or click into your text editor with the classic editor.
  6. Click the Personalize dropdown menu in the toolbar.
  7. Select from the supported liquid objects (e.g., First Name). To create custom liquid objects, follow the guide: Create and use Liquid Objects in Email Marketing.
  8. Click Save to keep and apply your changes:
