Having a healthy mailing list is essential to your success in Email Marketing and one of the easiest ways to guarantee a clean list is by unsubscribing inactive subscribers.

Remove a subscriber from an email sequence

Remove a subscriber

  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Select Email Campaigns.
  3. Choose an existing Email Sequence.
  4. Click Subscribers.
  5. Find the contact you would like to remove then click Unsubscribe.
  6. Confirm the Unsubscribe:
Note: Unsubscribing a contact from an Email Sequence will remove the contact from the specific email sequence, not your general mailing list. If your contact remains subscribed in your Contacts tab, you will still have the ability to send Email Campaigns to their email address.
