Initiate an action after a link is clicked in an Email Campaign to add a tag, send an email with a special coupon inside, or grant a free offer. The possibilities are broad when using Automations.

Set up an automation for an Email Broadcast

  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Click Email Campaigns.
  3. Select the Email Broadcast you wish to automate or create one.
  4. Navigate to the bottom of the Email Editor and click + Add Automation.
  5. In the When dropdown menu, select Link in email broadcast is clicked.
  6. Select the link from the Any link in the email dropdown.
  7. In the Then dropdown menu, select the action you want to occur after the link has been clicked by the reader of the email.
  8. Click Save to keep your changes:

Set up an automation for an Email Sequence

  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Click Email Campaigns.
  3. Select the Email Sequence you wish to automate or create one.
  4. Locate the Email in your sequence you wish to customize and click + Add Automation.
  5. In the When dropdown menu, select Email sequence email is clicked.
  6. Select the link from the Any link in the email dropdown.
  7. In the Then dropdown menu, select the action you want to occur after the link has been clicked by the reader of the email.
  8. Click Save to keep your changes:
Tip: If you have access to Advanced Automations, you can also create the Automation from the Automations tab under Marketing.
