The Payments page provides metrics and charts that give insight into your sales performance, including gross revenue, recent transaction activity, refunds, and failed payments. This information can be viewed as a daily stat, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom-selected date range. You can also view it in a weekly range, monthly range, yearly range, or all-time.
From this page, you can click through to each of the following detailed payment pages:

Performance metric definitions

  • Transactions - the total count of all successful payments made in the current calendar month, spanning one-time purchases, subscriptions, and payment plan types
  • Subscriptions - the total number of active subscriptions
  • Payment Plans - the total number of active payment plans
  • The percentage shown on each panel will change depending on the selected date range dropdown
    • This allows you to filter by dates and gives you an idea of how your business has performed over the given time periods

Top selling Offers and top customers

The top-selling offer view can be sorted by:
  • This month
  • 3 months
  • Year
  • All time
The top customer view can be sorted by:
  • 6 months
  • This year
  • Last year
  • All time
In the Top Selling Offer view, click on any offer to be taken to that Offer page. In the Top Customers view, click on any Customer name to be taken to their contact profile, or click on their email address to open your preferred email app to send them an email.
