I added an Upsell to my Free Offer, but it doesn’t appear during Checkout

Upsells cannot be used with a Free Offer. Although you can add an Upsell to a Free Offer in the Offer Editor, your customers will not be given the option to purchase the Upsell during checkout. Learn to customize the pricing of an Offer for more details.

The Upsell doesn’t appear during Checkout when my customer applies their coupon

Customers with a 100% off coupon for an Offer with an Upsell will not be given the option to purchase the Upsell. 100% Off coupons turn a paid Offer into a Free Offer when applied.
Note: If you are trying to test purchase your offer with a 100% coupon, or the offer is free, the upsell will not be offered for purchase.

I successfully tested the Upsell before, but now I can’t perform another test purchase

If you are using the same email address in your second test, Kajabi will recognize that your initial test email address previously purchased the Upsell. Be sure to use a different email address if you wish to perform multiple tests.
