Customers with recurring payments (i.e., Payment Plan and Recurring Subscription Type Offers) do not receive payment renewal notifications automatically. Kajabi gives you the flexibility to control and optimize your finances and accounting with Kajabi Payments.
Note: If Kajabi Payments is not available in your country, you can manage your finances and accounting by integrating with Kajabi’s native integrations with Stripe and PayPal.
To set up payment notifications, you will need to set this up in the payment processor used to perform the transaction. For example, Stripe allows you to set up various Stripe notifications including:
  • Upcoming renewal events
  • Trial ending reminder emails
