Product access
The Product access settings available in your Offer editor allow you to set up carefully crafted Offer experiences. Use this tool to build urgency and engagement around your Offers, design exclusive Memberships only available during a specific time period, or simply set up a specified start date and end date for Members that purchase your Offer. Keep in mind, changing the Product access date will impact future purchases only. If you choose to change the Product access date, Members that have purchased the Offer prior to your update will not be affected by the change.Set up the begin access date
With the “Begin access at a specific date” setting, customize your Product Access to allow access to the Product(s) included with your Offer on a specific date. This is a great way to create a unified Product experience so that all Member(s) purchasing your Offer begin on the same date.Note: Begin access at a specific date does not apply to the Community Product. If your Offer includes a Community Product, the Member will gain access to the Community upon purchase.
Begin access to Product(s) on a specific date
- Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard.
- Click Offers.
- Select the Offer you want to edit or create a new one.
- Scroll to the Product Access Panel.
- Select the Begin access at a specific date option and choose a specific date on the calendar.
- Click Save to keep your changes.
Note: Your customers are charged immediately upon purchase. Offer members will have access to published content on the date specified, and dripped categories will be available on each following day. If members Purchase an Offer after the Product Access date, they will have immediate access to all content released from the start of the Access Date to their purchase date.
