The Enhanced Kajabi Checkout provides a modern, streamlined buying experience that can help increase your conversion rates. Upgrading your existing offers gives your customers a faster, more intuitive checkout process. The Enhanced Checkout features a cleaner design, faster load times, and mobile optimization that makes purchasing easier for your customers. You can upgrade individual offers one at a time or use the bulk upgrade feature to convert multiple offers at once.

Upgrade an individual offer

To upgrade a single offer to the Enhanced Checkout:
  1. Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard
  2. Click Offers
  3. Select the offer you want to upgrade
  4. Click Checkout in the left sidebar
  5. Click Upgrade to Enhanced Checkout

Bulk upgrade multiple offers

If you have several offers to upgrade, the bulk upgrade feature saves time:
  1. Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard
  2. Click Offers
  3. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown
  4. Select Upgrade to Enhanced Checkout
  5. Choose the offers you want to upgrade
  6. Click Upgrade Selected

Note: The bulk upgrade process may take a few moments depending on how many offers you’re upgrading. Do not close the browser window until the process completes.

After upgrading to Enhanced Checkout:

  • Form fields are streamlined for quicker completion
  • Payment processing is more reliable with updated integrations

Can I revert to the original checkout after upgrading?

No, once an offer is upgraded to Enhanced Checkout, it cannot be reverted to the previous checkout version. We recommend testing your checkout flow after upgrading to confirm it meets your needs.

Will my existing checkout customizations be preserved?

Most customizations transfer automatically. However, some legacy customizations may need to be reconfigured in the Enhanced Checkout editor. Review your checkout settings after upgrading. No, your existing checkout links continue to work. Customers will automatically see the Enhanced Checkout when they access your offer.

Will this affect my existing customers or subscriptions?

No, upgrading only affects the checkout experience for future purchases. Existing customers and active subscriptions are not impacted.

Yes, you can upgrade offers with active payment plans. Current subscribers continue on their existing plan, and only future customers see the Enhanced Checkout.
