Enhanced Checkout gives you more flexibility, design control, and selling power — all from one intuitive builder. With customizable offer checkout pages, you can create a seamless, high-converting buying experience for customers. Enhanced Checkout introduces a fully customizable, mobile-friendly, brand-aligned checkout page for every offer — no custom code required. It includes an offer checkout page built with sections and content blocks, support for multiple pricing options per offer, checkout sections for landing and website pages, and more enhancements on the way. Your checkout experience should feel just as thoughtful and professional as the rest of your brand. With Enhanced Checkout, you can:

Create an offer and customize a checkout page

  1. Go to the Sales tab, then select Offers
  2. Click New Offer and fill out your details, select Enhanced checkout as the Checkout version, and select Save and Finish
  3. Open the Settings tab to configure your checkout form:

  1. Click Customize Checkout to launch the builder:

  1. Choose to Sync or Not Sync with Offer Settings:
    • Sync ON = uses your default offer settings (offer thumbnail, price text override, button text and styles)
    • Sync OFF = overrides those settings just for this page

  1. Add content blocks like:
    • Course curriculum preview
    • Coaching scheduler widget
    • Additional content, related offers, videos, or testimonials
  2. Customize styling (layout, colors, button styles, etc.)
  3. Save changes:
  1. Activate the template from the Offer page
  2. Publish your offer and start selling

Note: When syncing is OFF, changes made in the builder apply only to that specific checkout page. Changes in the Offer Settings will still update popup checkout and the checkout block on landing and website pages.To exclude the header and footer tracking codes from your site’s Checkout Settings, disable the settings for Include header tracking code and Include footer tracking code.

Editing offer checkout settings

Checkout settings are now centralized in the Offer Settings and Cross-selling tabs. These control the default checkout behavior for your:
  • Themed checkout page
  • Legacy checkout pages
  • Popup checkout
  • Checkout sections on landing and website pages

What you can set up through the settings tab

  • Order bumps — Add additional offers in the Cross-Selling tab
  • Checkout fields — Choose which customer fields (name, address, phone, etc.) appear at checkout
  • Custom fields — Collect extra info from customers
  • Service agreement — Include a custom terms acknowledgment
  • Button styling and text override — These settings can be overridden at the individual checkout page level by disabling sync
You can also update the overall layout of your checkout by selecting a different template. From the Checkout Templates section, click Update Template to upload your own or choose Browse Popular Templates to select a ready-made option like the Simple Checkout template or the Course Product Checkout template, which is optimized for courses and includes a Course Outline block.

Add checkout sections to website and landing pages

You can add checkout directly into your Kajabi landing and website pages using the Checkout Section. The Checkout Section is available in Encore Site 2.11.0 and Encore Page 2.11.0 or above. Any existing pages you wish to add a checkout section will need to be updated to these versions first. To add a Checkout Section:
  1. Open the Website tab from your Dashboard
  2. Select Landing Pages
  3. Open the page editor for your Page
  4. Click + Add Section from the sidebar
  5. Under Offers & Pricing, select Checkout and click Add
  6. Choose the offer you want tied to checkout
  7. Click Save
Note: Only one checkout section will be displayed per page. If more than one is added, only the first will display.
Just like the full page experience, checkout sections on website or landing pages inherit settings from the Offer unless you unsync and override them. Learn more about customizing your page Learn how to add sections to your pages

Can I use Enhanced Checkout with existing offers?

Can I use this on multiple offers?

Each offer gets one themed checkout page. If you’d like to reuse the same template across multiple offers, you can export the checkout template from Offer Settings, then Checkout Template and upload the ZIP file to your other offers. For flexibility within a single offer, you can create multiple pricing options. You can also use Kajabi Cart to sell multiple products in a shopping cart format.

Will the checkout URL change when I upgrade?

No, the URL will stay the same.

Where are my custom fields?

They now live in the Offer Settings tab and apply to Enhanced Checkout, Popup Checkout, Legacy Checkout, and the checkout block on landing and website pages.

Where do I set up an order bump?

Order bump settings are now located in the Offer Cross-selling tab.

Do themed checkouts support order bumps and custom fields?

Yes. These are inherited from the offer settings.

Why don’t I see the checkout section in my website and landing pages?

The Checkout Section is available in Encore Site 2.11.0 and Encore Page 2.11.0 or above. Any existing pages you wish to add a checkout section will need to be updated to these versions first. Yes. Any checkout tracking codes that are added to your site’s Checkout Settings are automatically applied to Enhanced Checkout pages. To disable these settings per offer, click on Edit Checkout on an offer page, click on the Checkout section, and uncheck the settings for Include header tracking code and Include footer tracking code.

Will purchases made in Enhanced Checkout appear in my Google Analytics integration?

Yes. If your Kajabi account is connected to Google Analytics, all transactions made in Enhanced Checkout will trigger a Google Analytics purchase event. Learn how to connect Google Analytics with Kajabi.
