While Kajabi checkout URLs include your site domain, you can create custom shortened links using services like Bitly to make your checkout links more memorable and on-brand. This is especially useful for sharing links verbally, in print materials, or on social media. Bitly is a free URL shortening service that lets you create custom, branded links.
To create a shortened checkout link:
  1. Copy your Offer’s checkout page URL from Kajabi
  2. Go to Bitly and create a free account
  3. Paste your checkout URL and customize the back-half of the link
  4. Save and share your shortened link
Note: Shortened links from third-party services like Bitly won’t track clicks in Kajabi’s email metrics. If tracking email engagement is important, use your original Kajabi checkout URL in email campaigns.
