Yes, you can sell in-person trainings and webinars in Kajabi and create different checkout experiences for each. However, checkout pricing cannot dynamically change based on required field responses. For scenarios like offering subsidized pricing, you’ll need to create separate Offers.

Create separate Offers for different experiences

Since checkout prices can’t update based on form field selections, use this approach:
  1. Create separate Offers for each pricing scenario (e.g., standard pricing vs. subsidized pricing)
  2. Customize each checkout with the appropriate price and required fields
  3. Direct customers to the correct Offer based on their eligibility

Example: Subsidized pricing for trainings

If you offer subsidized pricing for certain customers:
  1. Create one Offer at full price for standard customers
  2. Create another Offer at the subsidized rate for eligible customers
  3. Share the appropriate checkout link based on the customer’s eligibility status
This ensures each customer sees the correct price without confusion at checkout.
