Overview

An order bump advertises another offer on your checkout form, allowing you to maximize checkout revenue. Within the checkout page, your customer can see an option to include an additional offer with their purchase: Order bump example on checkout page

Before you begin

Before you start, you need to have two offers created:
  • Your main offer
  • The offer you’d like to add as the order bump

Add an order bump

To add an order bump to your offer:
  1. Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard
  2. Select an existing offer or create a new one
  3. Click Cross Selling
  4. Click the Order Bump section and toggle ON Order Bump
  5. Select your order bump Offer
  6. Add a description and click Save
With an order bump, your customers can choose to include the order bump offer with their checkout process:
If your customer chooses to add the order bump to their purchase, the checkout page displays both offers in the total purchase. The transactions are processed separately. Learn more about how order bumps and upsells are processed with the initial offer.

Remove an order bump

To remove the order bump, toggle the order bump OFF in the Cross Selling menu:
