How bulk licensing works

With bulk licensing:
  1. The company purchases a bulk license through your checkout page
  2. You receive the employee list from the purchasing company
  3. You import the employees into Kajabi and grant them access to the product
This workflow allows a single payment from the company while giving individual access to each team member.

Set up bulk license sales

To offer bulk licenses:
  1. Create an Offer with pricing for the bulk license (per seat or flat rate)
  2. Add a custom field to collect the number of licenses or employee information
  3. After purchase, import the employee list using Kajabi’s People import feature
  4. Grant each imported user access to the relevant product
