Skip to main content Automations let your Kajabi site run on its own by performing actions automatically when a Form is submitted. You can grant Offers, subscribe contacts to Email Sequences, register contacts to Events, add Tags, send emails, and distribute Coupons.
Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
Select Forms .
Create a Form or edit an existing one.
Scroll down to the Automations section:
Select an Automation type Available Automation types:
Offer Email Sequence Event Tag Coupon
Offer Grant an Offer Grant an Offer after someone submits a Form:
Choose Grant an Offer as the Then action.
Select the Offer you are granting in the dropdown menu.
Revoke an Offer Revoke an Offer after someone submits a Form:
Choose Revoke an Offer as the Then action.
Select the Offer you are revoking in the dropdown menu.
Deactivate an Offer
Choose Deactivate Offer as the Then action.
Select the Offer you are deactivating the user from in the dropdown menu.
Email Sequence Subscribe Subscribe a contact to an Email Sequence after they submit a Form:
Choose Subscribe to Email Sequence as the Then action.
Select the Email Sequence you want to subscribe them to.
Unsubscribe Unsubscribe a contact from an Email Sequence after they submit a Form:
Choose Unsubscribe from an Email Sequence as the Then action.
Select the Email Sequence you want to unsubscribe them from:

Event Register Register contacts to an Event after they submit a Form:
Choose Register to an event as the Then action.
Select the Event you want to register them to.
Deregister Deregister contacts from an Event after they submit a Form:
Choose Deregister from an event as the Then action.

Tag Add a Tag Add a Tag to the contact after the Form is submitted:
Choose Add a tag as the Then action.
Create or select an existing Tag in the field below.
Remove a Tag Remove a Tag from the contact after the Form is submitted:
Choose Remove a tag as the Then action.
Create or select an existing Tag in the field below:
