Redirect your Form submitters to a branded thank you page after they submit a Form. Custom thank you pages let you reinforce your messaging, deliver content, or guide subscribers to their next step.

Create a custom thank you page

  1. Open the Website tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Click the Landing pages tab.
  3. Navigate to the top right corner of the page and click + New Landing Page.
  4. Select your desired Pages Template.
  5. Click Get Started.
  6. Enter your Page Title.
  7. Click Create to generate your custom page:

Connect the thank you page to the Form

After creating your custom thank you page, connect it to your Form to redirect subscribers immediately after opting in.
  1. Open the Marketing tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Select Forms.
  3. Select an existing Form or create a new one.
  4. Click the checkbox next to Send the contact to a custom thank you page.
  5. Select your created thank you page in the dropdown below.
  6. Click Save:
Note: When customizing your page containing your Form Block, there is a Thank You Page setting in your page editor. If left unchecked, a Form submission redirects submitters to the standard website Thank You Page or to the Thank You Page selected in your After Submission settings of the Form editor. If you enable the Thank You Page setting in your page editor, your page editor settings override the standard website thank you page and the After Submission Form settings thank you page.
