Using an Opt-In Form to gate free video content is a great way to organically grow your contacts list. Visitors submit a Form and are redirected to a page containing your video.

Create a page

First, create a Landing Page:
  1. Open the Website tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Select the Landing pages tab.
  3. Click + New Landing Page.
  4. Choose from the many options of Page Templates. In this example we use Danke, a simple thank you page.
  5. Select your template and click Get Started.
  6. Title your page and click Create:

Add a video to the page

  1. In the sidebar editor, click Add Section and choose Video.
  2. Click Add Video.
  3. Hover over your Video block and click Edit.
  4. Open the Video Actions dropdown menu and select Upload a New File to upload your video.
  5. Select and upload an image to use as your video thumbnail image:

Create a Form that leads to the video page

After creating and customizing your page containing your uploaded video content, create your Opt-In Form:
  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Select Forms.
  3. Click New Form and give it a title.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Edit the Form fields and Automations as needed.
  6. Check the Send the contact to a custom thank you page box and select your created page from the dropdown menu.
  7. Click Save:

Add the Form to a page

After setting up the Opt-In Form that leads to your video page, share your Opt-In Form by adding it to your other pages (e.g., home page, sales page, etc.).
