On July 10, 2024, Stripe updated their Billing plans and structure, which introduced an adjustment in their subscription fee from 0.5% to 0.7%. For more details, review Stripe’s documentation on these updates. For specific questions regarding Stripe’s fee changes, we recommend contacting Stripe directly, as they can provide the most accurate information about their direct pricing. As Kajabi Payments is built in partnership with Stripe, we also adjusted our subscription and payment plan fees from 0.5% to 0.7% effective August 14, 2024. To honor Heroes who supported Kajabi Payments from the beginning, we offered a promotional rate of 0.5% to all Heroes who set up Kajabi Payments by August 14, 2024. This promotional rate remained in effect until June 30, 2025, after which the pricing applies.

I have custom Billing pricing with Stripe, will that still be honored?
