Only one Assessment can be attached to each Course Lesson.
Note: The Assessment feature inside of Courses has been sunset. This feature may still appear in older accounts. The Quizzes feature is available inside of Courses and offers advanced functionality. Assessments can still be added to Web Pages.
Note: Course Lessons can include either a Video or an Assessment, not both. To add a Video to a Course Lesson, create a Lesson or select an existing Lesson and add your Video. Read Upload videos to Course Product Lessons for more details.

Create an Assessment

To create an Assessment:
  1. Open the Contacts tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Select Assessments.
  3. Click + New Assessment.
  4. Choose a title, description, and if you would like Kajabi to grade the Assessment.
  5. Click Save to begin customizing the Assessment:

Add the Assessment to a Course Lesson

Note: If you do not see an Assessment appear when attempting to attach it, you may first need to create an Assessment or duplicate an existing Assessment to use in another Course Lesson. Read Duplicate an Assessment for details.
To add an Assessment to a Course Lesson:
  1. Open the Products tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Select the Course you wish to edit or create one.
  3. Click the Lesson you wish to add the Assessment to or create a Lesson.
  4. In the Media section select Assessment.
  5. In the dropdown menu, select an Assessment or create one.
  6. Click Save to keep your changes:
Note: Assessments can only be added to Lessons within Courses. Quizzes can be added at the Module level. Don’t see Assessments in your account? That’s ok! It means you have the latest version of Kajabi, and can use Quizzes in place of Assessments. Learn how to create and customize Quizzes.
