Yes, by default Assessments on a landing page include an opt-in form to help you build your list. Learn to add an Assessment to a Page and grow your list with Kajabi. Assessments are a great tool for creating standardized tests and surveys to be used in your Courses and Landing Pages.
Note: The Assessment feature inside of Courses has been sunset. This feature may still appear in older accounts. The Quizzes feature is available inside of Courses and offers advanced functionality. Assessments can still be added to Web Pages.
When a page visitor completes an Assessment, they are prompted to subscribe to your email list with their name and email address:
