Assessments can be used to create tests and surveys for your Courses and Site Pages.

Duplicate an Assessment

Duplicate an Assessment to use in various locations on your site:
  1. Open the Contacts tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Click Assessments.
  3. Locate the Assessment you wish to duplicate or create one.
  4. Navigate to the Assessments tools to the right of the Assessment title.
  5. Click the ... More Options icon to the right of the Assessment title, then select duplicate.
  6. The duplicated Assessment will be titled with the original Assessment title and its Copy Number. For example, “Original Title - Copy 1”:
Learn more about duplicating a Product. Duplicating a Course will not also duplicate the Assessment attached to that Product — the Assessment will still need to be duplicated.
Note: If you encounter an error when attempting to duplicate an Assessment, check any Automations that may be attached to the Assessment to ensure that they are set up correctly. If there is an issue with an Automation (e.g., invalid email address in a “Send an email automation”) the Assessment may not duplicate successfully. If you do not see an Assessment appear when attempting to attach it, you may first need to create an Assessment or duplicate an existing Assessment to use in a separate Course Lesson.
Note: The Assessment feature inside of Courses has been sunset. This feature may still appear in older accounts. The Quizzes feature is available inside of Courses and offers advanced functionality. Assessments can still be added to Web Pages.
