Update a password
If you forgot the password to your Kajabi account:- Go to the Kajabi homepage > Login > Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address of your Kajabi account.
- Click Reset Password.
- Check your email inbox for an email containing a password reset link and click it.
- Enter a new password and confirm the new password. Then, click Change my password.
- In Kajabi, go to Settings > Sign in & security.
- Click Change password.
- Enter a new password and confirm the new password. Then, click Change my password.
Note:
If you’re a customer of a website using Kajabi (e.g., you bought a course, you’re a member of a community), then you will need to reset your password on that website’s login page. If you’re having trouble, contact the owner or support team of that website.

Why didn’t I receive the password reset email?
If you didn’t receive the password email:- The email may be in your spam or junk folder.
- Try searching your inbox for the subject line “Instructions to reset your Kajabi password”
- You may have mistyped or entered the wrong email address. Try sending the password reset email again or use a different email.
- If you have multiple email addresses, it may help to search your inboxes for emails you’ve received from us before (search “Kajabi”) to see what email is used for your account.

- A list of email addresses you use frequently
