Access issues typically stem from account configurations, subscription statuses, or login credentials. The scenarios below cover common causes and troubleshooting steps to restore access effectively.

Common scenarios and solutions

General login and account access issues

  • Blocked Page During Login: If you encounter a blocked page when accessing your Kajabi account, ensure you are using the correct login credentials. Blocks may occur due to incorrect login attempts. Reset your password if necessary to regain access.
  • Password Reset Troubleshooting: If you’ve parked your account and can’t log in, confirm that you submitted a password reset request correctly. If the reset email doesn’t arrive, retry the request; the issue may resolve itself after submission.
  • Access After Parking the Account: A parked account requires a monthly parking fee to remain active. If there were issues with the payment (e.g., insufficient funds), update your card details and confirm the payment was processed to restore access.
  • Cancellation and Prepaid Periods: Full cancellations end both the subscription and any prepaid periods. Reactivation requires starting a new subscription, so consider pausing or parking your account instead if you need access during the prepaid term.

Course access and enrollment issues

  • Course Not Visible in the Kajabi App: If a newly purchased course doesn’t appear, use these troubleshooting steps:
    • Go to Settings in the Kajabi app and select “Reset app.”
    • Log out and log back in to resync your content.
  • If the problem persists, further investigation may be required.
  • Using Kajabi App vs. Website: Some users confuse the app and website access. The app allows users to view enrolled courses but doesn’t handle admin functions. Admins should use the website for full functionality.
