If you’re using Stripe and wish to receive subscription cancellation notifications when a customer changes their payment information (e.g., cancels their subscription), update your customer Subscription & Payments Email Notifications in your Account Settings.
Note: These notifications are only applicable to purchases using Stripe for payment processing.
To update this:
  1. Select Settings from your Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Account section and click Notifications & Privacy.
  3. Locate Customer Subscription & Payments from the Email Notifications section.
  4. Check or uncheck notifications as desired.
  5. Click Save when you are finished.
