The Zoom Webinar Funnel combines registration pages, event emails, and a sales page into a single automated flow. Use it to promote a live webinar, capture registrants, and convert attendees into customers.
Note: The Webinar feature in Zoom is a paid upgrade from the free account. If you’d like to use Zoom completely free, you can use the Meeting function.

Note: All of these Pages and Email Sequences are generated with fill-in-the-blank copy designed by Brendon Burchard. Make sure you edit each page individually with text specific to you and your business.

Contents of a Zoom Webinar Funnel

The Zoom Webinar Funnel template generates a:
  • Registration page
  • Event with surrounding emails
  • Confirmation page
  • Sales page
  • Offer checkout page

Registration Page

Visitors register for your webinar on this page and opt in to receive updates or news about the event. Let your customers know what you will be teaching during your webinar and why they should register.

Event with lead-up and follow-up Event Emails

The Registration Page will register the user to the Event as well as subscribe to the Event’s lead-up and follow-up Event Emails. There will be a total of nine emails around the Event:
  • 4 reminder emails, the last of which will contain a link to the Zoom room
  • 5 follow-up emails that will link to your sales page
All of the copy in these emails is designed directly from Brendon Burchard’s Expert’s Academy. Click into an email to customize your message:
Tip: Need to change your Zoom Link? Open the Day #4: Day of Reminder email and change your Zoom link from the Body text, then open the Confirmation Page to update the Zoom link from the Countdown block.

Confirmation Page

Immediately after registering, your visitors will be taken to the confirmation page. Use this page to thank them for registering and remind them when the event will take place.

Sales Page

After your webinar has concluded and the event is over, your attendees will be sent an automatic email with a link to this page. Reiterate a few of the most valuable points from your webinar and sell your viewers on your main Offer. This is where you convert leads into customers.

Offer Checkout

The Funnel will add the Offer’s checkout page to the Funnel. Make sure the checkout page is ready to go and start taking payments.

Set up the Zoom Webinar Funnel

Set up the webinar in Zoom

  1. Log in to your Zoom account on a web browser
  2. Select the Webinar tab from the sidebar
  3. Click Schedule a Webinar
  4. Title your Webinar, add a description, and choose a date and duration
  5. Make sure registration IS NOT REQUIRED
  6. Check that the Host’s video will be on when the webinar starts
  7. Select Record the webinar automatically if you would like to keep a copy for later use
  8. Click Save and scroll down on the page to copy your Zoom Webinar link

Set up the Zoom Webinar Funnel in Kajabi

  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard
  2. Select Funnel
  3. Click + New Funnel
  4. Choose Zoom Webinar from the Funnel Templates
  5. Watch the video and click Create Funnel
  6. Fill in the form with the same information you set up your webinar with on Zoom
  7. Paste the webinar link from Zoom
  8. Select a time for your webinar
  9. Pick a time zone
  10. Add an Offer if you are selling (learn to create an Offer)
  11. Click Generate Funnel
