Set up a webinar or meeting in Zoom

​

Create a Webinar in Zoom

1. Log in to your Zoom account on a web browser
2. Select the Webinar tab from the sidebar
3. Click Schedule a Webinar
4. Title your Webinar, add a description, and choose a date and duration
5. Make sure registration IS NOT REQUIRED
6. Check that the Host’s video will be on when the webinar starts
7. Select Record the webinar automatically if you would like to keep a copy for later use
8. Click Save and scroll down on the page to copy your Zoom Webinar link

Create a Meeting in Zoom

1. Log in to your Zoom account on a web browser
2. Select the Meeting tab from the sidebar
3. Click Schedule a Meeting
4. Title your Meeting, add a description, and choose a date and duration
5. Make sure registration IS NOT REQUIRED
6. Check that the Host’s video will be on when the meeting starts
7. Select Record the meeting automatically if you would like to keep a copy for later use
8. Turn on the Waiting Room
9. Click Save and copy your Zoom Meeting link

Generate the Zoom Webinar Funnel

1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard
2. Select Funnel
3. Navigate to the top right corner of the page and select + New Funnel
4. From the list of Funnel templates, select Zoom Webinar Funnel
5. Click Create Funnel
6. In the prompt, create a title, paste your Webinar link, select the date for which your evergreen webinar will begin, and select an Offer if you wish to sell an Offer with the webinar
7. Click Generate Funnel
8. Navigate to the Event section of the Funnel and toggle on Repeat this Event
9. Choose how often you would like this event to repeat, then click Save
