Note: Creating your pre-recorded webinar Funnel with the Legacy Funnel, Webinar, will not include the features available with the Zoom Webinar Funnel. If you wish to use the Zoom Webinar Funnel, refer to the Zoom Webinar Funnel guide.
A pre-recorded evergreen webinar lets you replay a webinar on a recurring schedule using the Legacy Funnel. Record and edit your webinar video before setting it up in Kajabi, then keep the file in an easily accessible location for upload.

Generate the Webinar Legacy Funnel

  1. Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard
  2. Click the Funnel tab
  3. Navigate to the bottom of your Funnel Templates to open Legacy Funnels
  4. Select Webinar
  5. Click Create Funnel
  6. Complete the prompt to generate your Funnel. Be sure to select “webinar”
  7. Click Create Funnel

Upload the pre-recorded video

After generating your Webinar Funnel, upload your pre-recorded webinar video. From the Funnel Builder:
  1. Open the Webinar Room page
  2. Navigate to the sidebar editor and click Event Video
  3. Scroll to the During Event section
  4. Click Add video
  5. Upload your video
  6. Click Save to apply and keep your changes

Set the Event to repeat

With an evergreen webinar, your Event is set to repeat over time:
  1. Open the Event section of your Funnel
  2. Toggle on Repeat this event
  3. Select how often you want your Webinar Funnel to repeat
  4. Click Save
Now that you have set up the main building blocks for your pre-recorded evergreen webinar, customize the rest of your Funnel to fit your brand and business. Then, begin sharing your Funnel with your audience. Learn to share your Funnel.
Note: Since this Funnel will be repeating, registrants will only be subscribed to one cycle of the webinar and the associated Email Sequence. You can subscribe them to other Email Sequences by creating an Automation within the Registration Form.
