Common causes of redirect issues

Countdown blocks with redirect actions

Countdown blocks are a frequent cause of automatic redirections. If a countdown timer is set to redirect after reaching zero, it may send users to an unintended page. Here’s how to check and fix it:
  1. Navigate to your Kajabi landing page editor.
  2. Locate any countdown blocks within your page sections.
  3. Open the settings for the countdown timer.
  4. Toggle off the “Enable countdown action” or remove the countdown block entirely.

Homepage countdown section redirects

If your homepage is redirecting unexpectedly, verify whether the countdown section is triggering the issue:
  1. Open your homepage in the Website Pages editor.
  2. Locate the countdown section.
  3. Untick the option “Enable Countdown Action” or delete the countdown section.
  4. Save your changes and test your homepage as a logged-out visitor.
