Record a video

Use a screen recording tool like Loom or Vimeo to record a video and generate a shareable link. For more information on recording and sharing a video, refer to these guides:

Share a video with support

If you used a screen recording tool like Loom or Vimeo, copy and paste your video link into the support chat widget.

Send a video file

If you recorded a video on your computer and need to share a file, drag and drop the video directly into the support chat widget.
