Overview

Our support team may request a screenshot to gain a better understanding of the issues you are experiencing on Kajabi. Use the built-in tools on your device to capture the issue, then share the image with our support team.

Take a screenshot

Depending on your device, you have different options for taking a screenshot.

With Windows

Use the Snipping Tool app included by default with Windows. Learn how to use the Snipping Tool app. When you capture a snip, it is automatically copied to the Snipping Tool window where you can make changes, save, and share. To save a snip from the Snipping Tool window:
  1. Select the Save Snip button after capturing a snip.
  2. Enter a file name, location, and type in the Save As box, then select Save.

With Mac

Use the Screenshot app included on macOS. Learn how to use the Screenshot app. By default, screenshots save to your desktop with the name “Screen Shot [date] at [time].png.”

With an iPhone

Learn how to take a screenshot with an iPhone. To find saved screenshots on your phone:
  1. Open Photos.
  2. Go to Albums > Media Types > Screenshots.

After capturing a screenshot, send the image directly through the chat widget to contact our support team.
