Q&A documents are one of the best resources you can upload to equip your Creator.io chatbot. By providing your chatbot with the knowledge of frequently asked questions and the answers to those frequently asked questions, your chatbot can answer those questions for you on your site.

Create a Q&A document

  • Open up a word document like Microsoft Office or Google Docs
  • Enter the question
  • Then, in the line below, enter the answer to the question
  • Create a distinguishable space
  • Then, repeat with a line for a question and a line for the answer:
