If you are having difficulty accessing your Kajabi account through the Kajabi Mobile App, the steps below cover the most common fixes — from clearing your cache to resetting your password.

Clear cache and reinstall the app

Clearing the cache and reinstalling the app can resolve many access issues.

For iOS

  1. Press and hold the app icon on your home screen until it starts to jiggle. Tap the X to delete the app.
  2. Hold the power button and slide to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn the device back on.
  3. Go to the App Store, search for Kajabi, and reinstall the app.

For Android

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Kajabi > Uninstall.
  2. Hold the power button and select Restart.
  3. Open the Google Play Store, search for Kajabi, and reinstall the app.

Verify email and confirm access

Ensure that the email is verified and access has been confirmed through the email link.
  1. Log into the email account using a web browser.
  2. Check for a confirmation email from Kajabi with a subject like “Confirm Your Email Address.”
  3. Open the email and click the Confirm Email Address button.
  4. After confirming, tap Open Kajabi App in the email to access the account.

Reset the password

If you cannot log in, resetting the password might help.
  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password? and enter the email address, then submit the form.
  3. Check the email inbox for a password reset email from Kajabi.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a password.
  5. Try logging in again using the email and password in the Kajabi Mobile App.
