Credit-to-minute conversion
Credits are consumed at different rates depending on the complexity and cost of the service.
- Transcription: 1 credit = 1 minute
- Translation: 10 credits = 1 minute
- Dubbing: 100 credits = 1 minute
This structure ensures predictable usage while giving you full flexibility on how to apply your credits each month.

Can I upload my own transcript?
Yes. You can upload your own transcript and review it before moving forward. This allows you to confirm accuracy and formatting before using AI Credits. This can help save AI Credits and give you more control over accuracy.
When are AI Credits considered used?
AI Credits are considered spent as soon as they’re used to complete an action, such as transcription, translation, or dubbing. Used credits can’t be refunded. If a transcription, translation, or dub fails during generation, the credits will not be used.
Which language should I translate or dub first?
Start with your most requested or highest-impact language to maximize value from your AI Credits.
Is there a video length limit?
Yes. Your video length must fit within the AI Credits available on your account. The maximum upload size for Kajabi is 4GB.
What happens if my video is longer than my available credits?
If your video exceeds your available credits, you won’t be able to start transcription, translation, or dubbing until additional credits are purchased or become available at the start of the month.
When do AI Credits reset?
AI Credits reset on the 1st of every month (PST).
Can I purchase more credits?
Yes, additional credits may be purchased in a bundle of 500 credits for $15/month. These additional credits will not roll over at the end of the month and must be used.
Is there a way to test before spending credits?
Yes. Uploading and reviewing a transcript first allows you to confirm everything looks right before using credits on translation or dubbing.
